Pendekatan Dashboard Analitik dalam Mengoptimalkan Pengendalian Deviasi Margin dan Biaya Proyek

Controlling project margin and cost deviations is a crucial aspect in ensuring the success of project implementation, especially in a dynamic and competitive business environment. Inaccurate monitoring of deviations can lead to cost overruns and decreased profitability. This study aims to develop an analytical dashboard-based approach capable of providing real-time and informative data visualization to support the decision-making process. The methodology used includes needs analysis, dashboard design, and implementation of data visualization based on key performance indicators (KPIs). The expected result is the availability of an analytical dashboard that can increase transparency, monitoring accuracy, and the effectiveness of controlling project margin and cost deviations. Thus, organizations can take corrective actions quickly and precisely to maintain optimal project performance.
