Bullying is a common social issue that frequently occurs in school environments, particularly at the junior high school level. This community service study aims to improve students' understanding of bullying at a junior high school in Taman Baru Village, Cilegon. The methods used include counseling sessions, interactive discussions, and evaluation through questionnaires. The results indicate an increase in students' understanding of the forms of bullying, its impacts, and prevention strategies. This activity is expected to encourage students to create a safer and more comfortable school environment.

Controlling project margin and cost deviations is a crucial aspect in ensuring the success of project implementation, especially in a dynamic and competitive business environment. Inaccurate monitoring of deviations can lead to cost overruns and decreased profitability. This study aims to develop an analytical dashboard-based approach capable of providing real-time and informative data visualization to support the decision-making process. The methodology used includes needs analysis, dashboard design, and implementation of data visualization based on key performance indicators (KPIs). The expected result is the availability of an analytical dashboard that can increase transparency, monitoring accuracy, and the effectiveness of controlling project margin and cost deviations. Thus, organizations can take corrective actions quickly and precisely to maintain optimal project performance.

PKM Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Inovasi Urban Farming Berbasis Smart Farming Pada Lahan Terbatas

Limited agricultural land in urban areas poses a major challenge to achieving household food security. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to implement smart farming–based urban farming innovations on limited land to improve crop productivity, resource-use efficiency, and community technological literacy. The program methods included needs assessment, socialization, technical training, mentoring, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The implemented smart farming system consisted of hydroponic and verticulture installations equipped with sensor-based automatic irrigation. The results showed an increase in participants’ knowledge and skills, improved water-use efficiency, and more optimal plant growth. This program demonstrates that the integration of simple technologies into urban farming is effective in supporting household food security and sustainable urban agriculture.

PT KPC is a company engaged in the service sector that serves the delivery of letters and goods both domestically and internationally. Allowance for doubtful accounts is a method of writing off receivables by determining the estimated loss of receivables in each period in order to determine how much funds must be reserved for the company's receivables activities and minimize the amount of uncollectible receivables. This study aims to determine and understand how to calculate the new allowance for doubtful accounts and to find out how to create a list of receivables aging analysis and its recording at PT KPC. The descriptive data collection method uses observation, interview and literature study data collection techniques. This calculation process is seen from the receivables report in 2023, then calculated using the estimated loss method based on the analysis of receivables aging. The results of the study indicate that bad debts amounted to Rp 646,354,747, bad debt expense amounted to Rp 306,300,658, and the allowance for doubtful accounts amounted to Rp 180,855,316. After calculating the allowance for doubtful accounts based on the aging analysis, the allowance for doubtful accounts in 2024 was Rp 125,445,342.

The use of digital media as a means of information and promotion has become an important necessity for educational institutions in conveying messages effectively, quickly, and attractively to the wider community. In today's digital era, visual content marketing has become one of the communication strategies widely used because it can present information in a visual form that is easier to understand, interactive, and highly appealing. The Integrated Islamic Junior High School (SMPIT) Putri Al Hanif Cilegon, as one of the Islamic educational institutions, has an important role in providing information and education to the public, whether related to the school profile, flagship programs, academic and non-academic activities, or Islamic values applied. To support the delivery of this information, the school utilizes various. Utilizing various digital promotional media such as social media, digital posters, flyers, and other visual content. However, the use of these media needs to be supported by a well-planned visual content marketing strategy so that the message conveyed is not only informative but also educational and persuasive. In practice, there are still challenges in managing visual content, such as design consistency, selection of visual elements, message arrangement, and adjustment of content to the characteristics of the target audience. Therefore, the implementation of an appropriate visual content marketing strategy is necessary so that the school's promotional media can function optimally as a means of public information and education, while simultaneously enhancing the school's positive image and appeal in the eyes of the public.

Faa Roti, a bread production and sales business, still faces operational challenges due to manual ordering and transaction recording processes, leading to recording errors, difficulty monitoring stock, and delays in sales reports. The development of this system allows consumers to order products online, make payments through a payment gateway, and monitor order status. The admin can process orders, update statuses, and generate sales reports. The resulting online ordering system was developed to meet the needs of Faa Roti and its consumers. The admin interface includes login, dashboard, product category data management, product data, user data, sales transactions, and sales reports. Therefore, the use of this system can be an effective and efficient solution in supporting online bread ordering from consumers through to the generation of sales reports.
